I have tried everything I could find from the manufacturer of the Boom. It may take longer but I usually learn something along the way. I always try very hard to solve a problem before taking it to Microsoft. My issue is not being able to connect my UE Boom 2 since the update.īelieve it or not, I read every article I could find on the site to fix this issue before posting a question. I have no problem pairing the UE Boom with any of my other devices (and I have a few).

In trying to follow your instructions, the UE Boom was not listed in any of the drop-downs in Device Manager, probably as I had removed the device from the Bluetooth list in Settings.

I updated the firmware on the device and this did not fix the problem. After removing the devices and re-adding them, this seemed to fix the problem all but the UE Boom. I found many of my Bluetooth audio devices no longer worked.After the last major Win 10 update, I had to reinstall everything NVIDIA as it vanished from my computer.I am not a computer novice by any means.Perhaps I need to give you more information.
